Dear fellow parent, auntie, uncle, etc,

Are you looking for the perfect present for your younger kids? Are you fed up of the ever-increasing range of "must have" toys that are tied into this week's fad - only to be left on the shelf unused next week?

Are you looking for a high-quality toy that will entertain your kids for years to come? Do you want your children to understand the value of imaginative play? What if you came across a construction toy that was targetted at younger kids, but was flexible and powerful enough to last them for many years? Wouldn't you be interested?

I know what you're thinking - LEGO, right? -- Wrong!

Not that we have anything against LEGO (actually we love the stuff), it's just that it's way too fiddly for younger children, and it's getting like every week sees a new tie-in with some film or TV show. Aren't you fed up of being conned into buying yet another tie-in, only to find that the pieces don't get used when the novelty wears off? Not to mention the problem of losing all those tiny fiddly little "extras" that are included. What happened to the "good old days" when children used their imaginations to build what they wanted, and kept finding new ways to use the same pieces over and over again?

So let me admit it, we have six kids, so we're pretty experienced at buying toys! We've got cupboards full of LEGO, K'Nex, and the rest of them. Sure they come out from time to time, but they usually end up being dropped on the floor, where the baby either eats them, or hides them somewhere we'll never find them!

We were starting to despair of finding a really good construction toy that is safe to be left around, and that kept the kids amused for more than a short while.

Finally, we found it!

After recommendations from some friends, we tried Clics - the latest and greatest construction toy. They had everything we wanted:

  • They were specially designed for younger children, so there's no frustration that they can't build what they want. Our four year-old loves them!
  • They provided enough fun that the older children couldn't put them down (yup, we ended up getting some for the fourteen year-old as well!)
  • They're made of tough polypropylene, so they can be chewed, jumped on and bashed around as much as the kids like - and they're just as good as they were before!
  • They're really flexible, so you aren't stuck making simple models. With the ability to join the pieces at any angle, you can do what you want!
  • Available in tubs of all sizes, you can buy as much or as little as you need - so you never need run out.

Have been thrilled with the Clics toys we bought from you. My 5 year old has always had little interest in construction toys before as he finds most of them too fiddly to put together but he has had a lot more success with Clics. He also loves the Clics figures because like most little boys he loves pulling things apart and putting them back together again.

Want to see how simple they are to put together? It's as easy as 1-2-3...

Want to know what you can do with them? The only limit is your imagination! Take a look...

In case you're wondering, that red car is several feet long, as is the ship!

Of course, you don't have to build such big models, you can build something much smaller and more simple if you want...

With their tough, flexible construction, their bright colours and the wheels and axles, you'll never run out of ideas! Great for the young kids, great for the older ones.

Clics is a superb new building toy! My four and five year-old boys manage the Clics pieces very easily, and can build anything they dream up - small cars, trains, large houses or knight's swords and helmets.

The great benefit of Clics over other building toys is the shape and size of the pieces, which make building small and large models easy and quick. There is practically no limit to what they can build.

The only disadvantage to Clics is that the models are so tough, and such fun to play with that the children don't want to take them apart to build other things!

I must also say that as parents, we also take great pleasure in playing with Clics!

In our house, everyone loves Clics!

OK, it has to be admitted - they're also great for the adults after the kids are in bed!

Designed to meet or exceed all safety standards, Clics are also safe for your children.

Available in tubs of all sizes, Clics are the perfect present for the whole family.

Even the tubs are tough enough to be used for play! The kids can sit on them whilst they build! Some of the bigger tubs even have wheels, so the kids can ride about!

And if the colours are too bright, you can even buy Clics in lovely pastel colours!

Now we just couldn't keep this great secret to ourselves. You see Clics have been a huge success in the US and Europe, but they are hardly known in the UK at all. We decided it was time to let your kids join in the fun. And that's why we are offering them to you!
